The detail
- How much does shipping cost?
- Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, in India and worldwide. The price you see includes tax.
- How long will my wallet take to arrive?
- Orders ship in 1–2 business days. India: 2–5 working days after that. Rest of world: 6–12 working days, tracked.
- Will I pay customs or duties?
- Orders inside India never attract duties. On international orders any duty is set by the destination country and is the recipient's — we cannot pay it in advance.
- Can I pay cash on delivery?
- Yes, inside India, on orders up to ₹3,000. Choose it at checkout and we email you a six-digit code to confirm the order, so nobody can send a parcel to your address but you. You pay the courier the full amount on the doorstep; there is no delivery fee and no COD surcharge. Larger orders and every order outside India are paid online.
- How do returns work?
- Write to us within 7 days (India) or 14 days (worldwide) of delivery. Send it back unused in the sleeve it arrived in and we refund the wallet in full. Return postage is on you — outbound shipping was free, the trip back is not.
- What if it arrives damaged?
- Send a photo when you write in and we ship a replacement straight away — no return needed first.
