Terms & conditions
The agreement between you and House of Astral when you buy a wallet. Written to be read — nothing here takes away a right the law gives you.
LAST UPDATED 31 AUGUST 2026
1.Who you are buying from
Pocketeer is a brand of House of Astral. Every order placed on gopocketeer.com is a contract with:
House of Astral33, 1st Floor, 7th CrossKoramangala 6th BlockBengaluru 560095Karnataka, IndiaGSTIN 29DFWPS3886E1ZE
Email hello@gopocketeer.com · Telephone +91 81477 40658
“We” and “us” below mean House of Astral; “you” means the person placing the order.
2.What you are buying
A printed Tyvek bifold wallet with an RFID-blocking layer, made in small runs. Tyvek is tear-resistant and water-resistant — it is not waterproof, and the stitch holes are stitch holes. Do not treat it as a dry bag.
Prints are made in batches, and screens differ, so the colour you receive may vary slightly from the photographs. Because each run is small, a print can sell out and not return.
3.Prices, currency and tax
- The India store prices in Indian rupees and the global store in US dollars. Which one you see follows the market shown in the header, and you can change it there.
- Every price includes tax. There is nothing added at checkout.
- Shipping is free on every order, in both markets.
- On international orders, any customs duty or import charge is set by the destination country, is payable by the recipient, and cannot be paid by us in advance. Refusing a parcel over unpaid duty is not a return.
- If a price is obviously wrong we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than hold you to it — and we will tell you why.
4.How an order is made
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. The contract is formed when we email you an order confirmation. Until then we may decline the order — because a print has sold out, because payment did not clear, because the address is one our carrier does not serve, or because the order looks fraudulent. If we decline after taking payment, you get all of it back.
Our carrier for worldwide orders is India Post’s International Tracked Packet Service, and the checkout only offers countries it actually reaches.
5.Payment
Global orders are paid through PayPal, India orders through Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on their systems, not ours — we never see or store them. We hold only the payment reference and whether it succeeded.
6.Delivery, and when the wallet becomes yours
- Dispatch
- 1–2 business days, from Bengaluru.
- India
- 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- Rest of world
- 6–12 working days after dispatch, tracked.
- Cost
- Free, everywhere.
Those are estimates, not guarantees: customs and the local carrier are outside our control. If a parcel has clearly gone missing, tell us and we will chase it or replace it.
The wallet becomes yours, and the risk of loss or damage passes to you, when you (or someone you have asked to receive it) take physical possession of the parcel — not when we hand it to the carrier. If it is lost or damaged in transit, that is ours to sort out.
7.Returns, cancellations and refunds
You may change your mind. Write to hello@gopocketeer.com within 7 days of delivery in India or 14 days of delivery elsewhere, then send the wallet back unused, in the sleeve it arrived in.
- Return postage is yours to pay. Outbound shipping was free; the trip back is not.
- We refund the price of the wallet within 14 days of it reaching us, to the method you paid with.
- A wallet that has been used, marked or carried is not returnable unless it is faulty.
- You can cancel any order before it is dispatched and get everything back. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you additionally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and a further 14 days to send it back. Tell us by any clear statement — an email to hello@gopocketeer.com is enough. We will refund the price of the goods plus any standard outbound delivery charge you paid, which for us is nothing, since shipping is free. Nothing in this section reduces that right.
8.If it arrives faulty or damaged
Send a photograph when you write in and we ship a replacement straight away — you do not need to return the damaged one first. If you would rather have your money back, say so and you get it.
This is in addition to your legal rights. In the UK the Consumer Rights Act 2015, in the EU the Sale of Goods Directive, and in India the Consumer Protection Act 2019 each give you remedies for goods that are faulty or not as described, and nothing here limits them.
9.The artwork
Every print is original design, owned by House of Astral. Buying a wallet buys the wallet: you can carry it, photograph it, resell the physical item. It does not license the artwork. Do not reproduce, print or sell the designs, and do not use them to train anything.
The site’s text, photographs and code are ours as well, aside from third-party components used under their own licences.
10.Your account
You do not need an account to buy. If you make one, keep your sign-in details to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access. We may close an account being used fraudulently or to abuse the store.
11.Our responsibility to you
We do not exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for defective products under applicable product liability law, or for anything else the law does not let us exclude. Your statutory rights as a consumer stand whatever this page says.
Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
12.Complaints
Tell us and we will fix it. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month, as India’s Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 require.

13.Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you may still bring proceedings there. Consumers in the EU can also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
14.Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top says when this version took effect. How we handle your data is covered separately in the privacy policy.
Write to hello@gopocketeer.com or call +91 81477 40658. A person answers, usually the same working day.
